All data entered into Rufe is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers unless explicitly stated otherwise in future updates.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the intellectual property of Illumik. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Illumik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss or reliance on information provided by the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
